By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to the NeuroSim website and the browser-based simulation platform published on it. They do not govern any commercial agreement with Alsadaany Industries, which would be covered by its own contract.

NeuroSim is an early-stage software product, currently offered free of charge for research, educational and evaluation purposes. It carries no service-level commitment and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Simulations executed by the platform are computational approximations of reduced neural circuit models. Their outputs are computational results and are not measurements of biological systems.

You may use the platform to run simulations and experiments, to study the circuit models, and to cite or discuss the platform in research and educational contexts, provided you describe it accurately as a simulation platform rather than as a source of biological measurement.

You may inspect the published source of the application, and use it under the licence stated in the repository.

You may not present output from this platform as experimental biological data, as clinical or diagnostic information, or as a validated scientific result. You may not represent the platform, or any part of it, as the work of anyone other than its stated authors.

You may not attempt to disrupt the availability or integrity of the site, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law or infringes the rights of others, including the licence terms of any third-party dataset or software referenced here.

Scientific datasets, published models and open-source software referenced on this site are the property of their respective authors and are governed by their own licences. Several connectome data products carry non-commercial or attribution-bound terms.

Nothing on this site transfers any right in that third-party work, and nothing here overrides its licence. See the third-party notices for the full list and for how each item is used.

The NeuroSim simulation engine, circuit generators, visualisation components, experiment harness, website design and written content are the work of Alsadaany Industries and are made available under the licence stated in the project repository.

The names Alsadaany Industries and Alsadaany NeuroSim, and the presentation of this site, are not licensed for use in a way that suggests endorsement of, or affiliation with, another party's work.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, scientific accuracy and non-infringement.

Alsadaany Industries does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output is scientifically correct. See the disclaimer for the specific limits that apply to simulation output.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alsadaany Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, research time or opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use this platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms were last updated on 20 August 2026. They may be revised, and continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
